What are your delivery times?
Our free standard delivery to Australia & New Zealand takes between 2-8 business days for delivery. We also offer express shipping delivering within 2 business days for selected locations.* If you would like to verify if express shipping is possible in your location please send us a message or give us a call.
*Please note not all locations have express shipping available. If you purchase express shipping and this is unavailable we will refund this back to you.
How much will shipping cost?
We offer free standard delivery within Australia on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, we charge $15 for shipping. We also offer express delivery for a nominal fee.*

Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently only ship to Australia & New Zealand.

How can I cancel my order?
We do not offer returns on products ordered in error but if you have received a faulty product or are unhappy with a product you have purchased, please contact us immediately via the contact form or by emailing admin@ev-nrg.com

Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?
If a product is deemed to be faulty under our Refund Policy then we may either have goods repaired, provide an identical replacement or provide a refund for the amount paid for the goods.
