Standard Installation Inclusions
What's included:
- Standard installation includes up to a 15metre cable run
- RCBO Type A Protection device in the existing distribution board
- Installation in preferred location, fully tested and certified as operational
- Clean up and removal of all rubbish
What's not included:
- Removal or disposal of any other devices disconnected, removed or disposed of as part of the installation
- Work on or repair to existing products: Standard Installation covers installation of your new EV charger.
- Any additional work outside of what is covered in the standard installation cost.*
*Stated cost includes installation up to 15m cabling to the customers preferred installation location, adhering to relevant Australian Standards and Installation specifications.

Yes, if you book an EV Charger installation through EV-NRG, we ensure our partners are certified with the appropriate state-based electrical license and insurance for the installation work to be done. You can always check here to see if any individual has the correct electrical license and insurance.
Do I need to buy an EV Charger from EV-NRG to book installation?

EV Charger Installation Service - Single Phase
My Zappi Ev charger was installed without the CT clamp on the grid supply. This made the ECO MODES unusable.
Now the charger works as intended.
